Cloud Computing

ITOTS Networks is a cloud computing enterprise organization that supports different virtualization technologies ranging from VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, Redhat Virtualization and Citrix.  NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) has identified Cloud Computing as "a model for enabling convenient, on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources (e.g. networks, servers, storage, applications, and services) that can be rapidly provisioned and released with minimal management effort or service provider interaction."

The cloud model enhances various areas of computing by inserting a virtualized layer atop of existing technologies whereby we invoke a provisioning process (orchestration = automation), this process decouples the operating system from the physical layer, thus giving ITOTS engineers the ability to leverage the “Cloud” in a more efficient and effective manner. This allows us to mix and match hardware solutions from a wide range of approved vendors. By leveraging key components of virtualization and the "Cloud's" overaching reach, ITOTS engineers can cross pollenate their capabilities to provide the client with the best tailored “Cloud/Virtualized” solution.

In addition, by continuing to support the right mix of products and intermingling varying state-of-the-art technologies, ITOTS has come up with a framework to galvanize virtualization and “Cloud Computing” methodologies in a synergistic format where we can bring new ideas and innovations to the public and private sectors. We believe the future exists in the “Cloud.”

ITOTS Networks intend to achieve this through a clear solutions approach by consolidating networks, infrastructure, and application servers into one cohesive unit. This virtualized paradigm can alleviate problems where the customer can provision servers anytime and anywhere with minimal intervention from the IT administrative staff.
